Options of Payments

We accept: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, Money in cash.
The payment can take place before the event by means of a credit card or debit card. We also accept cash at the moment of the delivery.
Cancellations
You may cancel at any time, Deposits are non-refundable if client decides to cancel the event. This deposit fee may be use on a future event in a 1 year time frame.
Bad Weather
We reserve the right to cancel delivery of the Inflatable in the event of hard rain and/or bad weather, if it is believed that the weather could be harmful to the children or the Inflatable. Cancellation due to bad weather or rain by Trinity Party Rentals will result in customer receiving full refund for their rental.
Injuries
Trinity Party Rentals is not responsible for any injuries or accidents caused by any of our Units or Services. You are responsible for the safety of all that operate our equipment. Please be sure to read all instructions properly as well as ask any questions. All of our equipment are well inspected and tested for your safety.
Setup
We delivery all items rented and provide you with all supplies and training.
Delivery Fee
We reserve the right apply additional charges for delivery up to.$1.00 per mile.
Note
The customer is responsible to return all Equipment; Machines and Bouncy Houses in the same physical conditions and cleanliness that it was rented in. All units will be inspected when picked up.
